Former mackem
penalty-misser and well-known arse Michael Gray had a painful
Saturday night after getting in the way of a Wayne Rooney shot – in a
Manchester boozer. 32 year-old wearsider Gray is said to made improper suggestions regarding
some women in Rooney’s company.

Blackburn defender Gray then acquired a black eye when Rooney (12 years his
junior) belted him, without getting up from his seat. The SMB (smacked mackem buffoon) was then removed by bouncers, while it’s alleged that Rooney was asked to “calm down”.

Update: The Football Association are studying a waiter’s report
before deciding whether to extend Rooney’s ban. Or knight him.

PS: In a disgraceful piece of tabloid gutter press journalism, The
Sun described Gray as a “Premiership
ace.”
